We have stayed here during the winter and now Through the summer. Very nice park well kept not for kids though nothing here for them no playground nothing, pets welcome though. Very strict on cleaning up after your pets specific spots for the pets to use. Perm spots stay mostly full. Summer always full, winter spaces available. Very clean facilities, pot lucks social gatherings lots of fun. Park used to be kept up but now they no longer have a good grounds keeper so it's not as clean as it used to be, trees and bushes need trimming, grass doesn't get cut as often as it should they just need to bring back their old grounds keeper he was here for years really kept the park looking nice. We will come back but not stay long.

It was our first time staying here the road down to the RV Park had sharp turns, heavily wooded watch for deer running across the road. The manager was very nice and accommodating it was beautiful there lots of mosquitoes though so take your spray. Full-timers live there in run down mobile homes you can tell it has new owners the place is being cleaned up it's good for over night unless you like to Golf beautiful golf course right next to it across the street. Nobody in town knows anything about this park we asked for reviews if it was good to stay at but nobody could tell us anything so we had to check it out for ourselves.

We have stayed there off and on in 2008 and 2009 for two months at a time. Most of the people are friendly you will have your bad ones of course. The manager is very nice but there have been complaints on her. We really enjoyed staying there very kid friendly, pool and play ground. Laundry facilities are reasonable and good condition. Bathrooms are clean close to every shopping area you would need and entertainment is within driving distance. Beaches, mountains all within 2 hours driving.

Very convenient easy on and off freeway, close to restaurants and shopping never seems to fill up, spaces always available we stayed for 2 months. Grass needs watering, lots of weeds, windy everyday. Managers very nice and accommodating. Could never get into restrooms to check them out, door were always locked, used laundry facilities clean and in good working order pool looked inviting but it was winter so it wasn't open yet.
